Our client a leading financial services company in their field is looking for an Executive Secretary to provide support on a senior level to multiple stake holders.
You will be providing full secretarial support by arranging meetings, organising and mainlining filing systems, controlling budget and diary management and administrative assistance. Taking minutes in meetings and managing the completion of regular company reports will be a key part to this role.
The ideal applicant will need a proven PA / Secretarial background to a high standard with at least 2 years experience at a senior level. There will be a requirement to travel between sites, so flexibility is a key.
This is a full time temporary position, working 35 hours per week offering an hourly rate between £15.00- £20.00 (DOE).
