An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading financial services company based in Salisbury, for an Executive Assistant to the COO. Previous experience working at Managing Director/COO level within financial services companies is essential for this role.
Within this varied role duties will include:
- Providing a high standard of administrative support to the COO
- Extensive diary management
- Produce, design and collate documents
- Manage travel arrangements where necessary
- Travel to site locations
- Organising internal and external events
- Manage, track and report on identified projects
The ideal candidate for this position will ideally hold experience in the Financial Services sector. Other essentials include ability to travel; extremely organised and a high degree of flexibility. This is a full time position, offering a competitive salary.
