We are recruiting an Executive Assistant for a prestigious company based in Milton Keynes.
Salary: £25,000 per annum

The role: Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Director including managing business diary, commitments and department expenditure.
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing communications and correspondence, forwarding, redirecting and responding wherever necessary.
You will be involved in various business projects including the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint.
On behalf of the Director you will liaise with other departments of the business.
The person: Previous experience within a similar PA or Assistant role is needed.
You will be a pro-active, hardworking individual who is comfortable working to targets and who has strong written and verbal communication skills as dealing with a variety of people at a high level in the business.
