We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven events executive to join a friendly team based in Taunton, The role will involve contacting decision makers to inform them about a range of UK wide skills events and try to encourage them to bring groups to them. The role will involve a high level of administration duties in order to schedule group visits and associated queries. An interest in marketing would be beneficial as the role will also involve assisting in producing and updating marketing items and to research and co-ordinate new and creative marketing opportunities.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work to deadlines and be confident to make outbound tele-marketing calls. They will need to have excellent communication skills and a highly professional telephone manner. Good administration and IT skills are also essential. They will need very good customer service skills and be able to prioritise work effectively.
