We are pleased to take instruction from a leading company based in Peterborough. Our client is very forward looking and is looking for a dynamic person to join the team and start building a career within this sector.
Supporting the events team you will be responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure that the event is a success both in terms of attendance and professionalism.
It is a very wide ranging role that includes administration support, updating computer records, speaking with customers on the phone and via emails in a professional manner. As standard you will be providing high levels of customer service to both current and potential customers. On the day of the events you will be fully involved in the set up of the function rooms, helping with varying tasks ranging from meeting customers through to organising inventory's etc.
To be considered for this role you should have some experience in a fast moving and dynamic company/position. IT skills are required as well as the confidence and the ability to speak to customer both face to face and on the telephone
