Meridian Business Support currently recruiting for a Events & Marketing Coordinator working for one of our well established client based in Mansfield.
This role is a 6 month contract to cover maternity could lead to a year, we are looking for experienced candidates to do the below duties;
- Merchandise - obtain quotes, liaising with suppliers and ordering
- Exhibitions - preparation, coordination, web content, previews, voucher booklets;
- Email bulletins / invitations;
- Seminars and events - preparation, coordination, editorial and web content
- Pro - actively assist with the planning of events as required
- Websites - content, updates, reciprocal links, branding, social media, partnership, site content
- Research - conduct research as and when required
- You will need to work as part of the marketing team in a flexible manner, within reasonable time constraints as directed by managers
- Assist, as required, with the preparation and coordination of exhibitions, seminars and events liaising with external contractors
- Have the ability to make decisions and priorities workload in order datermine which may have a significant impact on the company
- Attention to details
- be able to multi- task
All candidates must have previous experience within a similar role.
This role is starting on the 15th August after successful interview salary 17000K a year
