Meridian Business Support is thrilled to be partnering with a reputable and growing Outsourcing business in their search for a fantastic Document Production Specialist this role will be based in their clients office in London.
Our client is looking for experienced, committed and passionate individuals to deliver exceptional document production support to their clients. You will be working, as part of a team, in the heart of the law firm supporting the client with a wide range of document production functions. You will be very busy and never bored!!!
The role of a Document Production Specialist is to provide legal professions with a document production service.
You will be required to produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, emails, deeds and attachments from a variety of sources.
It is essential that the service is consistent, professional and highly accurate at all times.
You will need excellent word processing/IT skills along with an excellent knowledge of working with large documents to include track changes with a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
A very good knowledge of all Microsoft Office products is essential.
Experience of working in a legal support environment is essential.
Experience with working in Family law or Property law is essential.
LLB Qualification or working towards is desirable.
