Our client is looking for a Despatch/Export Administrator to join their team in Southampton.
You will be assisting with day to day tasks, supporting Despatch Supervisor/Export Clerk preparing the required documentation for transport and booking collections with carriers, along with various other daily administration duties.
The suitable candidate must have experience with export documentation requirement and be familiar with Incoterms, Commercial Invoices, Chamber of Commerce activity such as Certificates of Origin, EUR1 & ATR forms.
Any knowledge/experience of goods experience/training for Road (ADR) and Sea (IMDG) documents Air (IATA) requirements would be useful but not essential.
This is a full time temporary position, £8.50 - £10.00 per hour (DOE) working 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.
