Our client is looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join their office's in Salisbury.
The role itself will be producing customer reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to service level agreements
- Producing internal management information
- Administering the RMA and Warranty repairs activities, issuing return authorisations, reporting on progress and chargeable work for invoicing
- Checking and amending spreadsheets for import to systems databases
- Maintaining computer based records and updating with amendments received from customers channels
- Preparing documentation for chargeable services (removal refurbs, customer damage etc)
- Effectively contribute to continuous improvement programmes in relation to procedures and product performance
The ideal candidate for this position will have basic excel skills and experience within administration. This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £15,500 per annum.
