Customer Technical Administrator , Permanent Job - Ledbury, Herefordshire

Do you enjoy the opportunity to resolve customer complaints, and be appreciated for your ability to gather information and enhance customer relationships.
You will IDEALLY have a food technology background possibly to a degree level, you will compile results of customer viewpoints, into a report format for the customer, visiting customers where they are required, answering or directing customer enquiries.
Working with the Technical Manager, you can evidence your liaison and negotiation skills with good to excellent computer skills in the use of the outlook suite, i.e. word, excel, familiar with the use of spreadsheets.
Ideally, you will have worked in a Manufacturing background where you will be joining a growing business, fast changing and where you will be join a great team.
