Responsible for supporting customers and territory managers, proactively dealing with enquiries relating to customer service, order processing, and general day to day queries.
- Previous customer service and parts technical experience would be advantageous.
- IT skills are essential in MS outlook, Word, Excel, & Access
- Excellent communication skills
- Have good organisational and prioritisation ability
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A team player
