The Company:

Are you super organised and want a busy and varied role which is fast paced and interesting? If so, read on as we are seeking a Customer Support Representative for a busy Global Distributor based in Exeter.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting customers and territory managers, proactively dealing with enquiries relating to customer service, order processing, and general day to day queries.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous customer service and parts technical experience would be advantageous.
  • IT skills are essential in MS outlook, Word, Excel, & Access

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have good organisational and prioritisation ability
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • A team player
