A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Responsibilities will include:
Working as part of the Customer Service team providing a luxury customer service which is best in Class
Responding to all customer enquiries via email, telephone and letter in a positive and professional manner
You will be confident working under pressure and have the ability to thoroughly investigate customer enquiries and complaints, provide bullet point factual reports to help with decision making by the relevant member of the management team. This is an excellent development opportunity for someone who wants to prove they have the skills and the ability to make a difference for our customers.
This is a challenging role demanding excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional at all times in order to develop confident relationships with both customers and colleagues. Flexibility and a pro-active attitude essential.
