Have you worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Logistics or Distribution company? We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Representative based in Wrexham working for a leading supplier to well known food chains across Europe. Salary £20K per annum, working 9-5 Mon - Thu and 8-4 on Fridays!
As Customer Service Representative you will be working in a small team answering calls from UK & EU customers, processing customer orders, booking transport, dealing with any customer complaints, completing export documentation and maintaining stock control via the computer system.
You will have previous experience in a customer focused role, working within an office environment with proven working knowledge of processing customer orders, export documentation requirements, liaising with 3rd party transport companies, and stock control. A manufacturing, logistics or distribution background will be advantageous.
Any knowledge of Sage 200/ Sage X3 is desirable, however it is essential you have good experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
It is essential you have your own transport if applying for this role due to the location.
