My client is a global market leader within the scientific sector and due to ongoing growth it has presented an opportunity for a Customer Service System Support Assistant to join this busy team customer service team.
You will be working within the customer service team and 50% of the role will involve being the first point of contact for support queries; initially this maybe user account enquiries, password requests, new user creations, and logging concerns. The remainder of the role will involve in assisting the Systems Support Manager with validation and testing of new system features, data analysis, creation of the monthly reports, creating and maintaining support documents, and preparing the systems for forthcoming updates.
You will be provided with training on the reporting system so what's important to the client is that you are a quick learner, and have a proven track record of brilliance including your IT and customer service skills are second to none which means having a professional yet friendly telephone manner, and being able to think outside the box as you will find that your problem solving and analytical skills will be tested at times by various issues that the customers may have.
