Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation based in Salisbury is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the main point of contact for customer's problems and inquiries, handle a high volume of calls, work to tight deadlines and find solutions to customer's problems.
You will be responding to queries from customers and using support material providing technical advice and guidance to resolve their issues. You will need to be very competent on a PC and able to multitask. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience working within a telephone based customer service
These are part-time position's, offering £17,000 per rota. Benefits include medical and dental cover, plus childcare vouchers and pension contributions. Hours are Monday - Thursday 5pm - 7:30pm, however we can have some flexibility here if needed.
