Customer Service Representatives wanted for our friendly and modern contact centre based in Street, Somerset.
Working for the leading name in everyday footwear, you'll be assisting customers with their inbound calls regarding orders, stock and store queries predominantly via telephone.
Excellent customer service skills are essential, combined with a great telephone manner and all round IT skills, as a large proportion of calls will be assisting customers to navigate their way around the new website (training will be given).
You must be available for the entire duration of the assignment, which is six to eight weeks.
The core weekday hours could be across 3 shifts (you can't choose the shifts you work) :
8.15 am to 5 pm
9.15 am to 6 pm
11.30 am to 8.15 pm
You must also be available to do one day a weekend.
The core hours will be based around 38 hours a week but this can fluctuate up or down due to call volume.
These are temporary roles ongoing for roughly 6-8 weeks. We are looking for confident, customer service focused candidates who can be fully flexible throughout this assignment and available immediately.
