Are you a strong communicator with Customer Service experience? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a well established manufacturing company who are leading in their field based in Birkenhead. Offering a salary of £7.83ph, plus benefits, working Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00.
As Customer Service Representative you will be working as part of a small team, answering calls, responding to customer queries and assisting with quotes, entering sales orders onto the system (Navision), arranging transport and collections, dealing with any incoming emails and general admin duties.
To be successful in this role you will have some previous experience in a Customer Service role in any environment and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You need to be a proficient Microsoft office user and experience using Navision would be preferable but training will be given.
This role would suit: Customer Service Agent, Call Centre Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Administrator.
