We have had a great opportunity arise for someone to join our client in Yeovil on a temporary basis. This role will be ongoing, long term, temporary.
The role will include:
- Handling customer requirements effectively, this will include returns, shipping enquires, stock availability.
- Manage customer communications, such as telephone and email queries
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
You will have:
- IT skills
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine interest in Customer Service
- Confident in liaising with customers over the phone and on email
Monday-Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
£7.65 per hour
