Our client, a leading international supplier to the construction industry, are looking for a Customer Service Office Manager to join their site in the Huntingdon area. You will be responsible for the overall management of the Sales Order Processing department including processes, workflow and any consequential staff training, and development welfare. You will also plan team sales activities and prioritise customer sales quotes and orders to achieve customers' expectations and meet deadlines.
Your previous experience as a Customer Service Manager, or Office Manager, will assist you to manage product/ service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims, monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
You will be an excellent communicator with good people management experience along with confidence in using Microsoft Office and internal database systems.
