Our client is looking for a Support Coordinator to join their team in Salisbury.
You will be responsible for account managing the end to end process, from receipt of the order to the commencement date for customers. You will be coordinating and implementing various services and dealing with all levels of customer service enquiries and support.
You need to be computer literate, have high standards of quality, a confident telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, offering a basic salary between £17,000 - £22,000 (dependant on skills and experience)
