Meridian Business Support is working with Clarks Contact Centre to source fabulous Customer Service Champions. You'll be our voice at the other end of the phone during one of our busiest times of year - late May to mid August, listening to customers, answering questions and assisting with all queries, shoe related! Don't worry if you haven't worked in a call centre before, we're looking for individuals that are passionate about delivering first rate customer service from any background.
No customer service experience, no problem - as long as you've got great communication skills and a keen interest in working in a contact centre environment we'd love to hear from you.
This is an inbound call only position where you will receive customer order queries predominantly via the phone with some use of email. Full training will be given, but good IT skills are essential as you'll often be helping customers navigate our new website.
Our champions must be available to commence training on 5th June and be available for the entire six week campaign. Looking for something more permanent? Whilst this is initially only a temporary role, there is potential for long term and permanent opportunities for the stand out superstars.
Champions must be prepared to work some evenings and weekends, the contact centre is open between 8.15 am to 8.15 pm daily, however core hours will be Monday to Friday.
