A confident, positive customer service professional is required to join a busy and fast paced customer service department of this international business.
Working in a team of 10, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service experience to International customers predominately by email as well as processing orders and investigating queries. If you pride yourself on being able to offer high levels of customer service, have strong communication skills, good literacy, numeracy and IT skills, please get in contact for further information.
