The ideal candidate should have previous telephone experience, a get up an go attitude and has a positive approach towards work load. This is a fantastic opportunity for two candidate's with the potential to turn into a permanent contract.
This role will involve dealing with customer queries via telephone and email within the office. Delivering excellent customer service to all new and existing customers, providing customers with the information they require. Ensuring all incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and working well with others within the office.
The ideal candidate should have previous telephone experience who can deal with customer complaints and queries. A fantastic telephone manner and impeccable listening skills would be advantageous for this role. The candidate should deal with all queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
