Contact centre agents required for the Team Valley Area
Positions are temporary with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidates.
Part time hours: Saturday and Sunday 0600am -1000am -the reason for the early starts is due to the nature of the business
Due to the start times the candidates will need their own transport
The majority of calls will be inbound and involve answering general queries with aspects of complaint handling. Any outbound calls will be issuing customers with feedback.
Experience within customer service or complaint handling is essential.
