We are seeking motivated customer service professionals to to work either Monday to Friday every evening or every Saturday, Sunday and Bank holiday between 8.30am and 8.30pm. This role will involve handling both emergency and general customer enquiries and logging them on the CRM system. It will also contacting new clients who have registered claims within agreed SLAs.
You will deal with a variety of property claims and emergencies, predominantly from new build properties. You will also liaise with customers and third parties, in order to assist in the progression of claims from start to finish.
To be successful in this role you will need a proven track record in customer service and resolving queries. You will need to have good complaint handling skills and have the ability to learn new IT systems quickly. You will work well under pressure and remain calm and focused during high volume periods. Previous insurance experience and general building knowledge is preferred but not essential and there will be the opportunity to attain insurance qualifications if you are successful. However due to the level of literacy and numeracy required we will be looking for candidates to have attained 5 GCSE's (Or Equivalent) at a C grade or higher, including Maths and English.
Please note the requirements of these roles are either to work every evening Monday to Friday 4:30-5:30pm start to an 8:30pm-11:00pm finish) or to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 8.30am to 8.30pm and all bank holidays including Christmas Day and New Years Day. Hourly rate is £8.50 an hour for the evening role and £10.50 an hour for the weekend/bank holiday role. Access to your own transport will also be necessary due to the location of the company.
