Meridian Business Support are recruiting for a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's successful business in Derby on a permanent basis.
In order to be successful, the Customer Service Advisor will:
- Be computer literate
- Be passionate about providing good customer service
- Be hard working, work well alone and in a team
- Available to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm
This is an opportunity to start as a Customer Service Advisor for a company with an instantly recognisable brand, with great future prospects and even potential opportunities work abroad.
Previous experience in a sales influenced role would give the candidate an advantage, but not essential.
Prior to starting the role, the successful candidate will be required to take part in a 7 week training course to get up to speed with the company systems, company induction and to get to know their new colleagues and team members.
