We are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisor's for immediate starts. Working for our client, a pharmaceutical company, you will join the large team that they have in their busy customer service department.
The main duties of the role are taking inbound & making outbound calls- dealing with customer enquiries/ issues in a professional & efficient manner, informing of delivery times & dates, and completing general admin duties.
The working hours are 9am- 5pm, Monday- Friday (37.5 hour working week)
These roles are initially temporary with permanent opportunities arising in the near future.
