We currently have interview slots available for our leading Global client, working FULL-TIME permanently in Cardiff City Centre

Offering a fantastic salary in a centrally based location, great for transport links. You will be the first point of contact for customers with queries regarding their Gas and Electric accounts as well as letting them know about applicable products and services on offer

You will be required to be fully flexible between the hours of 7am- 11pm, 7 days a week, at a starting rate of £8.00 per hour

Person Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Target Focused
* Able to build rapport with customers
* Problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to work as part of a team
* The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
