As Customer Service Advisor you will be taking inbound calls and emails from customers resolving issues/ concerns regarding their installed item as well as coordinate delivery dates and times and log any complaints and deal with these in a timely manner.
With 12 months experience within a call centre working as a Customer Service Advisor you will be used to dealing with customer issues and be able to communicate in a confident manner in order to resolve these effectively. You will have good IT skills, with knowledge of using in-house systems and Microsoft Office. Any knowledge of working in a logistics environment would be advantageous but not essential.
