These full time positions offer hours of either 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm and between November & December Saturday between 10am - 2pm on a rota basis.
Processing of customer orders over the phone
Deal efficiently with complaints and returns
Answer product enquiries
Customer service over the phone, email and online.
High standard of spelling and grammar
English Language GCSE Grade C or above
Web & IT literate (Online, Word and Excel)
Excellent telephone manner
Previous customer service experience (ideally telephone)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Ability to deal with complaints in a professional manner
