I am currently recruiting for an experienced customer service advisor to work for my client based on Trafford Park.
As customer care is paramount to my client you must have previous experience, preferably with experience handling customers within the Bathroom Industry.
Candidates must have a 'can do' attitude and excel at listening to a customer's needs, as well as being able to tailor their customer service to each specific customer. Each call is equally as important and you should want to deliver excellent customer service and exceed each customer's expectations from start to finish.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday 0830-1700 with 30 minutes for lunch. Paying up to £18,000 depending on previous experience, this is an excellent chance to join a fast growing company with an impeccable reputation.
This is a permanent role following successful selection and interview process and candidates must be available for interview and start asap.
