Are you an organised Customer Service Professional with a confident telephone manner looking for a different challenge to progress your career? Meridian have recently won a number of new contracts and are therefore looking for bright, Customer Service individuals to join our Permanent Recruitment Hub here in the city centre of Bristol. This is a temporary ongoing position that could lead to a permanent role. Hourly rate £7.50-8.50 per hour dependent on experience working full time 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Meridian Business Support is one of the largest privately owned recruitment companies in the UK, and as Recruitment Resourcer within the Perm Recruitment Hub you will be responsible for speaking to candidates for a variety of driving permanent roles across the UK.
With excellent customer service experience from a call centre environment, or other office environment, you will be contacting candidates regarding permanent driving roles throughout the UK. These candidates have applied for the positions so will be expecting your call to ask qualifying questions about their experience and license details. You will then upload them to our database and book them in for interview with our client.
It is essential that you are confident on the phone and enjoy speaking with a variety of people, with good IT skills as you will be working on our database, using Excel, Outlook and Word on a daily basis. This is a fast paced role so excellent organisational skills are required with a real drive to succeed and meet deadlines. This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same! This is NOT a sales role.
