Our client, a well known outsourcing company are looking for Customer Service Adviser's to work from their call centre in Doxford Park in Sunderland.
The role will involve speaking with customers over the phone, dealing with their queries, taking metre readings and giving advice.
You must be confident, resilient, have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to maintain a positive attitude. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
As part of the interview process you will be required to demonstrate good computer skills, as well as pass both literacy and numeracy tests.
Hours of work will be 37.5 Hours per week Monday - Friday.
Pay is £7p/h rising to £7.50 p/h after completing probation.
