Businesses always want a good service. If they have a contract with a supplier they expect to get what they pay for. Supplying a service of excellent is paramount to our business and the clients we look after. This is where you come in as our new Customer Service Administrator.

We are a friendly family business based on the outskirts of Maidstone, trading for over 15 years and due a member of our team moving onto pastures new after 3 years service, we are looking for our new colleague to come and join our team of 5. You will be supporting our customers daily via telephone and email. There will be around 60 calls per week for you to handle where you will deal with queries. Raising jobs sheets and contracts, answering emails, taking calls, booking engineers to site and much more. This job is fast paced!

We would love to talk to you about this opportunity if you are positive, upbeat, proactive, confident and engaging and willing to work any administration duties to support our busy team. We need you to have good Microsoft skills and be organised and driven to undertake the tasks given, which will vary each day. If you have worked in a process driven position this would be an advantage. We like to have a laugh, so don't apply if you can't work in an environment full of banter as this won't suit you.

Salary is from £16,000 to start with per annum (perhaps a little more) and holidays are 28 days including bank holidays. However the first review is after only 3 months and this business rewards hard work well. Oh and bacon sandwiches on a Friday are something we all enjoy! Working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.30 pm daily.

Due to location driver required as no public transport available. This role is live and we are looking to secure the right person in the new few weeks.
