A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client in Yeovil.
My client is looking for a confident Administrator to work in their busy office in Yeovil Town Centre.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
The pay rate for this role is £7.20 per hour, this will go up to £8.20 per hour after 4 weeks.
The role is temporary with a view to go permanent for the right person.
The role includes but isn't limited to:
General office tasks - Filing, scanning, printing
Emailing companies and organisations to obtain information
Carrying out background checks on individuals
- Phoning companies and organisations to identify a point of contact and obtain information (this will NOT be cold calling)
- Using the clients in house system to email and log all information
- General Admin duties
The ideal candidate will be:
- Computer literate
- Confident using a keyboard
- Be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement, as you will be handling sensitive and personal information
- High attention to detail
- Background in Administration
