A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client in Yeovil.

My client is looking for a confident Administrator to work in their busy office in Yeovil Town Centre.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

The pay rate for this role is £7.70 per hour

The role is temporary with a view to go permanent for the right person.

The role includes but isn't limited to:

  • General office tasks - Filing, scanning, printing

  • Emailing companies and organisations to obtain information

  • Carrying out background checks on individuals

  • Phoning companies and organisations to identify a point of contact and obtain information (this will NOT be cold calling)
  • Using the clients in house system to email and log all information
  • General Admin duties

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Computer literate
  • Confident using a keyboard
  • Be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement, as you will be handling sensitive and personal information
  • High attention to detail
  • Background in Administration
