Customer Service - Part time permanent position - Hereford

Working with our partners you will ensure that the members of this co-operative organisation are provided with excellent customer service to continue its service to its members across the UK.

Excellent in your communication skills, you will be able to negotiate with manufacturers whilst have the ability to complete the financial side of the customer resolution process.

A varied position that will be approx 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday there are additional benefits as being as part of this organisation.

The position will also require support to cover holidays and busy periods on the financial part of the business with the running of the sales & purchase Ledgers, so experience in any other following areas such as banking, cash allocations, reconciliations, day books.
