Our client is looking for a Customer Relations Case Handler to join their offices in Salisbury.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Relations, you will be responsible for resolving and responding to complex and/or regulatory complaints that relate to multiple products and have been received via correspondence (email, letter, fax) internally or externally and for investigating internally identified errors and potential errors with a possible financial or reputational implication for the business.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold strong knowledge of HMRC pension rules and SIPP / SSAS / ISA / Wrap platforms.
This is a full time permanent role working 35 hours per week, offering a basic salary of £23,000 per n (dependant on skills and experience), 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and private medical insurance.
