As an established brand well known within our sector for quality and flexibility we are looking for an additional person to join our Marketing Team. Our brand is recognised in its own right and manufactured for leading businesses offering them the best price and product for their own label.
Working for this award winning business you will bring your creative and project management expertise to the party. Your experience will ideally come from a manufacturing business or FMCG background as this will allow you to understand the liaison that takes place between sales, marketing and the manufacturing floor. You will have the daily opportunity to work managing customer requirements, creating together with the manufacturing teams, sample of new products and co-ordinating the whole process from end to end. This will ensure the customer gets the best product offering and at a competitive price; allowing your Account Management colleagues with your help to close the deal!
Your confidence in your abilities and natural influencing skills will come in to play on a daily basis, as you liaise with the factory to ensure deadlines are met and conversing with the sales team to ensure they have the printed materials, to do their jobs well. With an ability to communicate clearly and work to time-lines you will effectively support the newly appointed Customer Marketing Manager Clare to deliver the best Customer Experience possible. In turn you will be rewarded with a basic of £22k per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension and health care cover. Additional bonus payments made at Directors discretion.
This position is based in North Kent having a car would be an advantage due to business location.
