Are you an experienced Key Account Manager looking for a new challenge within an established leading organisation? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to work for a highly successful and thriving distributor within the automotive industry based in Doncaster. Salary £18-22k per annum plus pension, company bonus, parking and 22 days annual leave plus statutory allowance.
As Customer Account Manager, you will be working in a small team with an assigned region providing sales support to the Sales Office Manager as well as internal and external sales teams ensuring all targets are achieved. 50-60% of your day will be spent on the phone liaising with customers and suppliers so excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence are key skills for this role.
Your experience within an account management role will enable you to deal with customer orders and enquiries, build and maintain relationships with ease, process orders, provide quotations, and conduct research into clients in order to develop these accounts.
Alongside your experience within a customer account management role, you will be used to working in a target driven sales environment, with proven ability to achieve sales targets. You will have good knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook as well CRM databases/ inhouse systems.
Any experience of the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not necessary as full product training will be provided.
