Permanent, Full Time, based in Yeovil
Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team in Yeovil:
- Do you have experience of maintaining sales ledgers?
- Do you understand the process of checking customer credit ratings with credit agencies and ensuring that all new customers are authorised by the relevant staff member?
- Can you set up and maintaining sales ledger standing data, including credit terms, from account authorisation forms?
- Can you maintain close relationships with customers to ensure that invoices are cleared for payment?
- Can you resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices?
- Can you post and allocate daily receipts on the sales ledger and issue monthly customer statements?
- Can you produce aged debt reports for management with appropriate supporting commentary, working within specific deadlines?
