My client is a strong regional practice based in Lincoln who wish to further expand their property team by appointing a Residential Property specialist. The role will involve dealing with all aspects of a caseload of Residential Property files. matters from inception through to completion including:-
- Taking instructions from clients;
- Obtaining or checking Land Registry documents or title deeds (if the land is unregistered)
- Identifying and undertaking appropriate searches,
- Investigating legal title, checking mortgage offer/valuation reports, checking search results
- Drafting & checking sales contracts
- Preparing transfer and mortgage deeds, collating and sending or checking supporting documents;
