On behalf of an innovative, global firm, we are seeking a diligent and professional Contracts Administrator for a 6-month, temporary contract to support a peak. Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring product repairs or new products.
You will review the contractual terms of the purchase order to ensure compliance and consistency, be responsible for processing units through the booking system and getting the parts onto the shop floor.
In addition, you will coordinate with other departments on the progress of the order and any technical or delivery issues as they arise, updating customers directly.
As Contracts Administrator, you will be required to provide quotations and delivery information to customers on assigned programmes, and control order book management.
You will therefore need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident communicating with people at all levels. You will pride yourself on the levels of service you provide, striving to resolve issues effectively and ensuring a timely turnaround on orders, keeping customers informed at all times.
In addition, you will be computer literate, with a keen eye for detail, high levels of accuracy in your work and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
