Our client is looking for a Contact Centre Supervisor to join them at their offices on the outskirts of Salisbury.
Within this role you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Call Centre service delivery by supervising the call agents within the team. You will manage a team of people and be responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, call quality management, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a previous background in a contact centre environment and a role where you supervised or managed people·
This is a full time Monday to Friday position, offering a salary between £23,000 - £24,000 per annum.
