Meridian business support are currently recruiting for a number of Contact Centre consultants to work in the Cheltenham area. You will be dealing with the in bound telephone calls from customers, delivering excellent customer service. This role is performance target led to ensure that customers are treated in a fair and consistent manner.
- prompt, friendly and helpful service to all customers
- finalise as many customer calls at the first point of contact
- take ownership of calls, and ensure follow ups are processed if necessary
- answer queries accurately
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8-6.30pm, Saturday 9-12.30 (on a rota basis)
