Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler position based in Crewe.
- Investigating complaints that have been come through to customer services with any UK customers.
- Speaking to the customer on a regular basis
- Ensuring the customer receives the highest customer service
- Liaising with customer service team, manufacturers and team managers
- Working very closely with teams within the company
- Investigating and resolving the compliant from start to finish
- Very organised
- High standard of customer service
- Manage own workload
- Professional customer interaction
- MUST have experience within complaints handling
- Experience within a manufacturing company would also be beneficial
