Commercial Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager required for leading Engineering business to focus on customers for contractual matters, act as contractual coordinator between customers and projects, services, credit control.
Ensure timely review and agreement on all standard and non-agreement, contracts. Seek guidance from and work with the company legal team on all complex, unusual or high value contracts.
Maintain contractual records and documentation. As needed provide guidance on contract matters to projects team, project managers, services and other operation staff as required.
Work with Risk Management/Credit Control Manager to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements. Handle contract issues. Develop or implement new procedures for contract management.
Ideally experience with Knowledge of relevant legal concepts beneficial with a proven track record of working in a similar role. Confident on Conflict Resolution, strong technical understanding.
