Role: Service Delivery Manager - M&E Fit out (nationwide working)
Salary: £40-£50K per annum
Location: Bolton, Lancashire

We are working with a rapidly expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for a proven Client Service Manager to come on board and manage main contracts and end clients.
You will be working closely with the MD and operations manager to ensure targets and delivery of projects are being met to the best standard possible, you will deal with client meetings, business development and client issues.
You will be required to work across the UK. Technically knowledge is not essential but someone from and engineering/M&E/construction background will probably suit the role better.
You will work closely with the Project Managers who will often attend meetings to assist with the technical side of the works. Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
Ability to create a good rapport and maximise business opportunities.
- Strong in problem solving
- Excellent time management
- Excellent Communication Skills - Managing KPI's - Client meetings, main contractor meetings.
- Promoting the organisation.
The role will suit somebody a proven client delivery manager. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel as the work is only 50% office based, with contracts being all over the UK.
The company will offer full support and training, all that is needed is a desire to learn and work hard.
When working away all costs are covered. With hotel and meal allowance.
