Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a Civil Engineering Administrator, based in their Glasgow office.

Duties will include:
- Processing time-sheets
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Matching invoices and payments
- Updating systems and tracking orders
The desired candidate should:
- Be well organised with the ability to work in a busy environment
- Have good attention to detail
- Ideally, you will have experience of working within a civil engineering business
- Have a good understanding of using MS excel
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and the salary will be depending on experience. In return, you will be working for an organisation who are a leader in their industry and you will have the opportunity to build a lasting career.
