Meridian Business Support are currently looking for a Chef to work in a health care environment for 4 weeks.
Candidates will need experience and need to be reliable.
The hours will be 37.5hrs per week, 7.5hrs a day over 5 days between 0700-2000 depending on which shift pattern. You will work as part of a team of 4 - 6 Chefs so no lone working. Catering is required for both patient and staff meal service. Covers vary but average at 80-100 per meal time. Knowledge of making purees for special diets would be a benefit but not essential.
Duties will include prepping the food, cooking fresh food everyday including pastry, closing down of the kitchen at night includes everyone to do the cleaning.
