Reception Administrator, £15000 - 30 hours per week - 10am start, Monday to Friday
Do you enjoy working meeting people this permanent job is to meet and greet visitors, answering all calls, taking messages, your positive nature, remaining professional you will relish the opportunity to priorities demands, where you take the bookings and mange the diary for the lettings part of the business.
A varied job position you will type correspondence & reports, preparing questionnaires and correspondence to tenants, collating statistics for reports.
Ideally desirable, will be the ability to type to a minimum 40 words per minute, you will have good IT skills in word, excel and outlook.
